Brindiamo! celebrate 12 Years on NYC LIFE

On October 6 – 2005 at 3:30 pm Brindiamo! was broadcast for the first time on NYC Media – Channel 25.

At that time I did not predict that Brindiamo! would become such an important part of my business and my personal life, but here we are 12 years later keeping the hard work and creating new branches of Brindiamo! such as the Brindiamo!Guide.

I created the TV show Brindiamo! because I wanted to talk about successful Italians outside Italy and at that time I wanted to “discover” fine and authentic italian restaurants in New York, a city that I learned to love as my own.

I did not know that Brindiamo! would be the first “visual guide” about authentic Italian food, I did not know that few years later TV channels would pullulate with food shows and that chefs would become real celebrities.

Brindiamo! was born way before the era of the social media and before the Facebook groups, Brindiamo! was my group of fine chefs and restaurateurs.

I am proud to host produce and write a TV show about my people, my food and my traditions, and I am proud to be part of a such successful trend.

I will do my best to continue to bring the best of Italy and the finest Italian restaurants on your I phone, I pad, social media, amazon or any other devices the technology will bring.

For now Brindiamo! to my loyal audience and to my fantastic chefs and restaurateurs.
